Deliveries - Australia:

EarthScentuals offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia and the rest of the world, using Australia Post and sometimes a selection of other carriers. Shipping includes tracked delivery on all purchases.

Cost of delivery is calculated by weight, using Australia Post's advertised fees. 

 

A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.

Deliveries - International:

We ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout

​

You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery.   If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If re-delivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee.  

 

We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements.

 

All items purchased from  EarthScentuals are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment.

 

 EarthScentuals does not accept any responsibility for delivery times, this is totally pursuant to the terms and conditions and times set by the carrier used.

 

We DO NOT refund shipping in the case of late deliveries. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

All  EarthScentuals products are individually and lovingly hand-crafted.  Occasionally an extra 5 - 7 days may be required to produce a fresh batch of products. Every attempt will be made to keep manufacturing delays to a minimum.
